Program Description

The JCB Royals Showcase Program, a non-profit organization, offers young baseball players aged 13U and above a platform to showcase their talents to high school and college programs. Through exclusive participation in Perfect Game tournaments at the AAA/Majors level, partnerships with DBat for premium training facilities, and a commitment to academic excellence and community outreach, we aim to develop well-rounded athletes. Overseen by a dedicated committee, including a Program Director and Brand Manager, the program prioritizes individual growth over team wins, providing access to recruiting platforms like PG DiamondKast Plus and community service opportunities through the Field of Dreams Program.
