1. All players must play defense in the field and no one should be sitting on the bench.   Typical infield positions with 1st, 2nd, SS, 3rd, P, and Catcher (fully dressed) with the rest of kids in the outfield or just before the EDGE of the Grass inside the dirt. 
2. All infielders must play the outfield during the alternate innings so everyone plays outfield at least ONCE per game. If only 3 inning game, rotate differently next game so the kids can play infield at least 3 times in 2 successive games. No one should play the same position twice in one game, with exception of 1st base.   However, the same kid cannot play 1st base, the entire game!
3. We will play with a min of 4 coach/badged parents on offense,  5 coaches allowed for defense.  On defense, you need a min of 2 badged parents/coaches on the infield and 2/3 coaches in the outfield to control actions and to teach while ball is in play. On offense, 1st base coach, a 3rd base coach, a pitcher, a coach managing the batter with the Tee.    A badged dugout parent/team mom is strongly suggested to assist and help with conduct in the dugout.
4. One max base on an overthrow at 1st. 
5. Two base max if ball is hit beyond the defenders or to the fence. Emphasis is to teach kids to listen to both 1st and 3rd base coaches. 
6. All batters will hit thru the lineup. If the batter gets out during play, he/she will return to dugout.
7. To begin the Fall season, players will get five swings from the TEE to hit until the ball is fair beyond the ARC.    This season, JCB -5U will transition to coach pitch after the 4th game of the season. Pitch count to be determined at that point.
8. No umpires. Base coaches will call outs.
9. There is NO score kept and NO playoffs at end of the season.
10. Game times will be 1 hour and 30 mins. 1 hour & 45 on weekends (Saturday games.)
